If you received your Verdante Studio order and are not satisfied with it, you can return it within 10 days of receipt for a refund to the original method of payment (domestic shipments only).
Sale items, special orders and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned. All international orders are final sale.
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.
Please contact us about repairs. Your satisfaction is our priority and we will work with you to address the situation!
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns after 10 days will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expense. Please initiate your return by emailing returns@verdantestudio.com.
We’ll send you a confirmation email once your return has been received; please note that it may take 7-10 business days from the date you receive the email for the funds to be available in your account. If it is a gift, please include the gift giver’s full name or email address to search for order information.
We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please send the merchandise, a printout of your return confirmation email and a copy of your packing slip to:
