I’m a creator, connector, yogini and digital nomad on a high vibe world adventure ✨

After nearly 4 years working in digital marking in the B2B tech world, I realized that my passions were calling far too loudly not to answer. I wanted to flow creatively, to deepen my yoga practice, and to grow in the special way that travel encourages so well.

Exactly one year ago, I decided to shift into an evolving, ambiguous, self determined and deeply fulfilling path by leaning into Verdante Studio and taking on a yoga teacher training abroad. 

In taking this leap, I’ve manifested a beautiful intersection between creating energetic jewelry and exploring the world through this creative lens. I am continually delighted to learn how yoga, travel and creative expression can be catalysts for growth, healing, and a greater connection to myself and the universe.

I spent July immersed in High Vibe Yoga, a 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training program at The Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali. I’m currently still in Ubud, integrating this experience and embracing the digital nomad life as I work to bring Verdante Studio into fullness.

It's been an immersive, embodied, challenging, and immensely growth inducing experience. I started my adventure at a soul nourishing yoga and mindfulness retreat in Mexico with my mom, and followed it with a month and a half in Israel, connecting with beautiful souls, new and old friends, and the yoga, arts and music community there. 

From Bali I will continue to travel (next up, Thailand!) collecting inspiration and unique materials from around the world, teaching yoga and connecting with inspiring humans.
